Probably a great deal.  But many people never try yoga.  Perhaps because they can’t reconcile their perception of yoga with their own self image.  It’s a shame because yoga is a great practice to relieve stress and promote relaxation – especially before bed.

Yoga is also great for stretching and strengthening the back and neck muscles.  YouTube has a number of yoga routines that are ideal for beginners who want to explore yoga.  Give some a try.  Here's a great bedtime yoga routine by Tara Stiles, one of our favorite YouTube yoga gurus.
