Perhaps tea time should be just before bed, rather than in the afternoon. Many people find tea to have a calming, relaxing effect. Herbal teas and decaffeinated green teas are always good choices and are great with a good book to wind-down before bed.

There are many different types of herbal teas (which are typically naturally decaffeinated) to explore. Give chamomile or peppermint a try if you don’t know where to start with herbal teas. Tea may just become part of your nightly ritual. Crumpets anyone?
