Medical References

TruContour is dedicated to evidence-based solutions to sleep problems associated with back and neck pain. The design of the TruContour Sleep System is based upon published medical literature and the input of our medical advisers.

TruContour believes that achieving better sleep quality by improving posture with ergonomic supports has unfulfilled potential, and that further scientific research is needed.

TruContour supports information exchange among medical professionals. Below is a list of our key scientific references. If you are aware of a strong reference in this medical area that is not listed below, please forward the citation (and abstract if possible). In addition, we would be interested in any other feedback or inquiries you may have.
